During this unprecedented time, we would like to inform all of our valued customers and partners that because we print for a company on the frontline, we remain there for you. During this time of social distancing, our top priority is to protect our colleagues and customers. We are doing our part to reduce the spread of the virus, all while maintaining the level of service that is expected of us. Our sales and customer support teams will always be available to assist you by phone and email.
We still maintain a small staff level for printing and mailing at our works in Downton
Office-based staff, where possible, will work from home. This will mitigate the spread of infection and ensure our customer service levels remain high. We have restricted unnecessary traffic between departments and are working to protect our production staff. We are allowing at least fifteen minutes cleaning time between shifts changes – again to limit the possible spread of infection. All touch points across the production facility will be cleaned during this changeover period.
We have increased the level of cleaning on all surfaces, office equipment and door handles and have hand sanitiser readily available for staff to use.
Until further notice we will not be holding any face-to-face meetings. Instead, we will be equipped to carry out telephone conference meetings. We have taken this step as a precaution to protect both customers and employees.
