Our new Cheshire 7000 base feeds brochures, single sheets, credit cards, CD's, postcards, envelopes etc., where no subsequent wrapping is required. The inherent process speed is 'fast and furious' and is ideal for large volume runs with short production deadlines.

Our SITMA polyenclosing lines offer inkjet addressing in the before and after wrap positions. Before wrap allows printing directly onto the product or carrier sheet. After wrap printing places address details directly onto polythene with no smudge rapid drying. After wrap inkjet printing also allows a plain white band polythene to be inkjetted with PPI, return address, name and address, etc. This is a method of controlling printed film costs particularly on shorter run mailings but also on long runs where a fixed (static) or variable marketing message can be included on each mailing cell.
