Satisfied customers; the bedrock of our business.

People who are serious about Direct mail work with us year, after year, after year, after year...

In fact if we look back 10 years the largest direct mailers who were working with us then have continued to work us, on average, for a further 9 of those 10 years.

To keep the most demanding customers satisfied year after year is no mean feat and all our customers enjoy the same level of service, right down to the very many small local businesses, schools and clubs who use us year after year.

We are uncompromising about hitting deadlines; the rest is common sense.

We don't promise deadlines we can't meet; when we do commit to a deadline we do everything we can to keep to it even when PDFs, print or data is unavoidably delayed.

Some people are surprised to find that if there has been a delay we will split a job across multiple production lines to make up time; despite the cost to us, and at no cost to the Client. We do it without question; it's just one of the things we do to meet our Clients' deadlines.

'Priority is a premier example of how to get the very best from our equipment. Their investment in their equipment and their people is superb and it results in fantastic production quality, reliability and capacity.'

Integra Ltd (UK SITMA Agent)

We invest in the best kit for the job.

A lot of companies will tell you about the number of lines they have. But just as important is the age of the kit, how highly it is spec'd, how well trained the operators are, how well it is maintained and the back-up plans for when a part does fail.

We, like many of the best in our industry, use SITMA machines for our polywrap. Two of our lines are less than a year old; the average is just five years old. This equipment gives us the highest potential polywrap output we know of in the industry.

But we don't stop there. We have selective inserting on three production lines and the latest inkjet technology on all four production lines. (For the technically minded those are Domino bit Jet plus inkjet printers). This keeps us bang up to date and means our Clients can continue to drive down cost, gain greater production flexibility and improve their targeting.

We invest in our people.

Our people get the most out of our equipment. Our machines run faster, with fewer rejects, and for longer than anyone else. This means we are more cost effective, produce better quality work and have fewer unplanned stoppages.

How do we create this exceptional performance? Every operator and all our maintenance staff are sent to Italy to train with the manufacturer.

Built in back-up and contingency

Our polywrap lines work 24 hours a day with an optimal machine capacity of 60,000 packs an hour, with an "on the floor" capacity of a half million copies daily. This gives us exceptional scope to move jobs around and to meet extremely tight deadlines.

But our commitment to deliver on time, every time means he have also developed extensive contingency plans. For example when we invested in the latest inkjet technology we installed it on all four of our production lines PLUS we bought a fifth system as back-up; just in case.

More than just poly enclosing

As you would expect we do more than just polywrap. Today we perform complex data processing, lasering and selective enclosing. We do 4-colour digital print, paper envelope enclosing, optical matching and hand enclosing.
